About us

Rainbow Kids Furniture was set up as a response to the expanding needs of a modern child and an ever changing world.

We are a family business, looking to help create bedrooms and playrooms where children can express their personalities, dreams and wishes. "In real life" as adults we create an environment where we can relax, feel inspired and simply be ourselves. Here at Rainbow Kids Furniture, we share the vision that our children, need and deserve the same.

We can help you create your child's room, a place where they can feel inspired, relax and simply enjoy the fulfillment of childhood.

Payment information

Secure payment by credit card is available through Protx by clicking on the shopping cart link. This is our preferred method due to safety and will include all prices for total carriage weight and VAT charges (see below). This is a secure website for credit/debit card transactions - look for the yellow padlock at the bottom of your browser when you checkout!

We also accept payment by cheque; if you wish to pay by cheque please contact us regarding the item(s) you wish to purchase and then, after we have contacted you, send cheque in the post. Cheques must be made payable to "Rainbow Kids Furniture Ltd" but goods cannot be dispatched until the cheque has cleared (normally 7-10 days).

Delivery information

Delivery is now available Worldwide . We deliver to the UK postal regions by external courier. Next day delivery can be arranged at extra cost. For all International deliveries please e-mail first to receive a postage quote.

For the U.K we apply standard delivery charge for an order and then an additional delivery charge for each of the bulkier items in the order. If an item has an additional delivery charge then this will be indicated by the number of parcels as shown in the table below:

Orders over £750 are delivered free of charge.

Remember if you are paying by cheque you must add the delivery charge to your order.

Refunds

Rainbow Kids want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will offer you a full refund or exchange provided the item is returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and within seven days of receipt.

NB. Personalised and hand painted items made to order cannot be returned unless considered faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns

To return items firstly please contact us within the seven days quoting your invoice number and which item you wish to return. Note that for heavier items we will need to arrange courier collection.

We will forward by e-mail a returns slip which must be returned with the product. Any carriage must be arranged by yourself and we advise you obtain a proof of purchase as we can not be responsible for any loss or damage caused in transit.
